A continuous cycle of reflection and self-evaluation enables our school to continue to develop and improve and gain a clear picture of how well we are doing and what future actions we need to take. It helps us understand our areas of improvement and guides us to plan evidence based actions for the benefit of all our children.
Our self-evaluation processes are embedded and involve all staff and there are direct links between identified priorities and staff development and professional growth.
